Mr Randall holds a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry Degree and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  He has extensive experience in corporate, management and marketing in the resource sector, including more than 20 years with the Rio Tinto group of companies. His experience has covered a diverse range of mineral activities including Iron Ore, Base Metals, Uranium, Minerals sands and Coal.

Mal has held the position of Chairman and director of several ASX listed companies. Mal has been an independent non-executive director of Thundelarra since 2003 and is currently also on the board of Iron Ore Holdings Limited, Matilda Zircon Ltd (Chairman), Summit Resources Ltd and Royal Resources Ltd.

Mr Brett Lambert is a mining engineer with 26 years experience in the resources industry.  He commenced his career with Western Mining Corporation Limited and worked at the Kambalda Nickel Operations, Kalgoorlie Gold Operations and Hill 50 Gold Mine, Mt Magnet.  In 1989 Mr Lambert joined Herald Resources Limited where he was responsible for the establishment of the Three Mile Hill gold mine and was subsequently appointed Resident Manager of Herald’s Coolgardie Operations.  In 1994 Mr Lambert began a career of almost ten years with Western Metals Limited holding the positions of General Manager Development and Executive General Manager Operations.  In 1998 and 1999 Mr Lambert was seconded to Thailand as Managing Director of Padaeng Industry PCL, a Thai zinc mining and smelting company.  In 2004 Mr Lambert was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NuStar Mining Corporation Limited.

Mr DeMarte has over twenty seven (27) years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Western Australia. Mr DeMarte has held executive positions with a number of listed mining and exploration companies and is currently an Executive Director and Company Secretary of Royal Resources Limited and CFO of TSX Listed Aldershot Resources Ltd. Mr DeMarte is experienced in areas of secretarial practice, management accounting and corporate and financial management. Mr DeMarte holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Richardson is a geologist who has been involved in the Australian exploration and mining industry for over 29 years. He has many years experience in planning, conducting and evaluating gold, base metal, uranium and diamond projects. He has also held senior management positions with a number of listed junior exploration companies.  Mr Richardson is presently also a director of Royal Resources Limited (since 2006).

Mr John Hopkins joined the Board of Thundelarra as an independent non-executive director on the 30 September 2011. Mr. Hopkins is a graduate in law of the University of Western Australia and was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor for more than 35 years. During that time he was involved in a range of corporate, business and resource transactions for major national and international Corporations. John has been a director of numerous listed public companies and is currently on the board of Hawkley Oil and Gas Ltd, Wolf Minerals Ltd (Chairman), Midas Resources Limited (Chairman) and Universal Coal Plc.
